As registration process is a key aspect of the District Revenue Admn and in order to achieve transparency and accountability in the system, South Andaman District Admn has been registering deeds through online process.
In a press note, the District Admn also informed that as on date there is zero pendency with Sub Registrar Office, South Andaman.
The District Admn’s objective is to simplify the procedures and streamline the entire process, it said.
The District Admn has appealed the general public to register on URL https://onlineregistrationani.gov.in/ or visit their nearest Common Service Centers (CSCs) for uploading their documents at enlisted rates of CSCs.
Further to facilitate smooth functioning of registration process the district administration has also set up help desk at the DC Office South Andaman.
The District Admn urged the general public not to fall prey to middlemen.
